How you pay

No card data ever touches OG Manager servers. Every payment webhook is verified, and amounts are matched to the invoice before anything changes.

  • USD · Stripe or Paddle

    Recurring until cancelled. Cards through Stripe; Paddle adds PayPal and handles sales tax.

  • Manual transfer · BDT or USD

    Prepaid bank transfer or bKash merchant payment, confirmed by an OG Manager admin against your invoice.

Mobile apps show your plan and link to billing on the web, so BDT payment options stay available and no app-store commission is added. Where VAT applies it is shown on your invoice.

How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of the Growth plan without a card. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you have paid. Nothing is deleted: anything above the Free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade.
Is the BDT price just the USD price converted?
No. BDT is a separate local price list set for the Bangladesh market. You choose the currency when you create the workspace and pay in that currency.
How do I pay in Taka?
Through SSLCommerz with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or internet banking. BDT payments are prepaid: each payment buys one month or one year. We email the next invoice 7 days before your period ends. You can also pay by bank transfer or bKash merchant transfer and an OG Manager admin confirms it.
How do I pay in US dollars?
By card through Stripe (default) or Paddle, which adds PayPal and handles sales tax. USD subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
What does yearly billing save?
Yearly costs 10× the monthly price, so you get two months free. Growth is ৳1,49,000 or $1,490 a year instead of twelve monthly payments.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades apply immediately and unused time on your current plan is credited on the new invoice. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is never deleted on a downgrade; features above the new plan's limits become read-only.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits are the single meter for AI work. Each AI job is priced in credits by model and task: credits are reserved when the job starts and only the actual amount is charged when it finishes. Owners are warned at 80% and 100%, and you choose a hard stop or allowed overage with a monthly spend cap. Extra packs are 5,000 credits for ৳2,500 or $25.
Can I add a module from a higher plan?
Yes. A module can be added to a lower plan, for example the Clinic pack on Growth, priced per module. Talk to us and we will quote it.
What happens if a payment fails?
The subscription moves to past due with a 7-day grace period. If it is still unpaid after the grace period, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data stays.
Do you offer refunds?
Our refund policy covers prepaid BDT periods, recurring USD subscriptions and cancellations in full.
