Marketing data platform

Every channel, one set of numbers

Connectors pull your marketing and sales data in the background into one universal schema. Dashboards, reports and AI read stored data, never a live external API, so the numbers are fast, consistent and comparable across platforms.

Bookings rose 9% because the “Laser package” carousel cut CPB from ৳720 to ৳480. Shift ৳8,000/day from the search campaign to it.

Pipeline

Raw, normalized, analytics

A scheduled job or a webhook starts a sync. The rate limiter paces calls to the provider, raw pages are stored as received, the normalizer maps them to the universal schema with a versioned mapping, and analytics jobs rebuild the affected aggregates.

1 · Raw

API responses as received. Append-only, checksummed.

2 · Normalized

One universal schema for every platform.

spend · clicks · conversions · revenue

3 · Analytics

Aggregates dashboards and AI read.

daily_campaign_performance

  • Freshness you can see

Each source shows when it was last updated and a Refresh now button. Sync runs daily on Free and Starter, hourly on Growth, every 15 minutes on Pro and Agency, and every 5 minutes on Enterprise.
  • Connections that heal

Tokens refresh automatically and owners are warned 7 days before expiry. Retries back off with jitter and honour Retry-After.
  • History that compounds

Keep 30 days on Free up to 10 years on Agency. Raw data is immutable, so normalized and analytics levels can always be rebuilt.

Universal metrics

Meta's spend and Google's cost are both just spend

AI and reports never see platform-specific field names. Amounts stay in the source currency, with a daily FX table for converting to your organization currency, and converted figures are labelled.

A zero denominator is stored as null and shown as “—”, never as 0 or infinity.

Analyze

From question to answer to report

  • Data explorer

Pick source, account, date range, dimensions and metrics, then run. Period comparison, pivots, and saved queries that dashboards, reports, the API and AI all reuse.
  • Dashboards

KPI, line, bar, area, pie, table, geo map, text and AI insight widgets on a drag-and-drop grid, with date, account and branch filters.
  • Scheduled reports

Executive Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, E-commerce, Agency Client, Clinic Performance and more, delivered by email, PDF, dashboard link or WhatsApp.
  • AI summaries that name the cause

Which campaign or creative moved the number, by how much, and what to do next. Every Monday at 08:00 a weekly AI summary arrives on its own.
  • Attribution and forecasts

Last click, first click, linear and position-based attribution, anomaly detection, customer LTV, and spend and lead forecasts.
  • Exports

Up to 100,000 rows per export. Queries time out at 60 seconds and large ones run in the background.

Closed-loop attribution

From the ad to the payment

CRM leads, Booking & Billing invoices, Clinic treatments and Product orders feed revenue back into analytics. Budget and Finance receive ad spend from connectors and COD collections from Delivery.

  • See cost per booking, not just cost per click
  • Compare branches, channels and campaigns on the same metrics
  • After your first connection, OG Manager detects your business type and builds an executive dashboard with a first AI insight
