Customer zero

Proven in a real clinic group first

Este runs aesthetic clinics in Dhaka on Pabau and a system of Google Sheets. OG Manager replaces both. The Clinic module is the Pabau replacement, and the migration is a module of the platform, not a one-off script: every client record and invoice comes across, with the original Pabau ID kept on each one.

Cut-over only happens when the reconciliation reports match exactly. Pabau stays read-only for 90 days as a fallback.
